With the increase of gas prices, high MPG cars are getting more and more popular. With gas prices exceeding $4.00 a gallon in many places, fuel efficiency has become a major selling point for drivers. We have compiled you a list of 10 most popular cars with best mileage.

1. Toyota Prius Hybrid
