Ok, we all know hybrid cars use less gasoline, thus beneficial for the wallet. We also know these vehicles use an electric engine in the city which leads to no pollution. But what are the real advantages of a hybrid car over conventional cars?
Great for Rush Hour
Just imagine you are stuck in bumper-to-bumper traffic. If you are driving a conventional car, the constant idling is burning a lot of gasoline. Hybrid cars shut off their engine when you are driving under 25 miles per hour, therefore saving you a lot of gas.
You Will Not Get a Speeding Ticket
I know this sounds crazy, but if you own a hybrid car you won’t ever get a speeding ticket. I guarantee you. Why? Because hybrid car owners are not speeding freaks! We purchase our hybrid’s not to spare gas. Believe me or not, I never exceeded the speed limit with my Prius Hybrid! I am always experimenting and trying to get the highest mileage!

When I get into my Prius I always feel that I am doing the right thing. I am using less gasoline and I protect and make our earth better. This makes me feel proud!

As I mentioned earlier, when driving under 25 mph, hybrid cars use only the electric motor to generate power, therefore emitting zero pollutants. Even when driving over 25 miles per hour, these vehicles produce less pollution than conventional cars. Good for you and good for the environment.
Although hybrid cars cost a lot of money they have more advantages than gasoline engine cars. Purchasing a hybrid car will cost you a lot of money, but all the advantages will make the upfront costs worth it all.

So buying a hybrid magically immunizes you against the urge to speed? I really doubt that. I understand that most hybrid owners aren’t speed freaks, but don’t try to imply that there’s a causal relationship here.
